Z1 Corp, trading as Zero One, is the data controller for contact enquiries and applications submitted through this website. This page describes those uses, rather than specific processing that may form part of a client engagement.

Contacting us
The form uses your first name, last name, professional email, organisation and message to prepare an email in your own email application. Fields marked * are required to prepare that email; you can also write directly to contact@zeroonesport.com.
Typing into the form and clicking “Prepare My Email” do not submit it to a Zero One server. We receive the message only if you send it from your email application. Please avoid including sensitive data or information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Information received is used to understand your enquiry, reply and, where relevant, prepare a collaboration. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to other professional enquiries.
Correspondence is kept while dealing with the enquiry and carrying out the necessary follow-up. If a contractual relationship follows, relevant records are subject to the applicable legal and contractual retention periods. Information that is no longer needed must be deleted or anonymised; separate retention may be necessary to meet a legal obligation or defend legal claims.
Job applications
Applications are sent by email. Contact details, professional background, CV, LinkedIn profile, availability and any relevant materials you choose to attach are used to assess your suitability for the role and communicate with you. Only send information relevant to recruitment.
Reviewing an application is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Access is limited to people involved in recruitment. The website does not make automated recruitment decisions.
Data is needed while reviewing the application and during related follow-up. After the process closes, only information justified by an evidentiary need or legal obligation may be retained separately with restricted access. Keeping an application for other opportunities requires specific information; it does not result automatically from submitting your application.
Browsing and security
Pages, fonts, images and videos are hosted with the website. Videos are served directly, without an embedded YouTube player. External links open third-party services only if you follow them.
Hosting and its bot protection may process technical data such as the IP address, request date and time, requested URL and browser characteristics. Their purpose is to deliver pages, maintain service availability and detect malicious requests. This processing serves the legitimate interest of securing the website.

Data access and providers
Enquiries are intended for authorised people at Zero One responsible for handling contacts or recruitment. Technical email and hosting providers may also process data needed to provide and secure their services.
The website is published using Sites, an OpenAI service, and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and protection. OVHcloud manages the domain name. Sending an email also involves your own email provider and the provider of the receiving mailbox.
Using these services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Processing locations, technical log retention and safeguards depend on the service and its configuration. You can contact us for details about the providers involved in handling your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restrict or object to processing, or request portability of the relevant data. Under French law, you can also give instructions concerning your data after your death. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to contact@zeroonesport.com with details of your request. A proportionate identity check may be needed if there are reasonable doubts about your identity. A response will be provided within the GDPR time limit, normally one month; any permitted extension will be explained to you.

This information must evolve with the tools used and the purposes of processing. Any future addition of analytics, advertising, a newsletter or an integrated application service will require appropriate review and information before it is introduced.
